Quality of Electric Service

The Controltek solution for the electric service monitoring is specially designed for the Electric Cooperatives. It allows supervising and controlling the supply quality parameters, in a remote and safe way.

The solution consists on providing a measurement instrument connected to our datalogger with GPRS connectivity, transmitting to our Data Center the electric service parameters, without interruption. Through a simple browser, authorized users log into a web system and analyze on real time the status of the electric network. Every reading received is stored on a data base. Historic reports could be delivered or the information exported on different formats for the certification of the service quality at control offices or for claims tu suppliers.

The service includes the corrective maintenance of field equipment, so that in case a unit stops transmitting, our Help Desk staff will immediately send a technician for repairing or replacing the unit, with no additional charge for he Cooperative.
