Temperature is perhaps the environmental variable more frequently analyzed, in general with the appropriate instruments, but at the wrong time.

Controltek offers a turn key solution for monitoring temperature at the retail, ensuring the refrigeration chain and product quality. This solution applies to the control of freezers or coolers in the ice cream industry, frozen food, beverages, dairy, fish and other perishable products.

Nowadays, when a manufacturer wants to monitor the temperature of a fridge assigned to a third party, he has to blindly trust on the point of sale responsible. What happens with the stored product if the fridge door remains opened or if the electricity is cut off during the night? Or if it is accidentally cut off without anybody perceiving? Or if there is some technical problem and the fridge does not adequately cool down?

The Controltek service of Retail Refrigeration Monitoring provides relief to all parties (manufacturer, point of sale and onsumer), ensuring that when the temperature of an equipment moves beyond the accepted range, a warning will mmediately be sent to those  responsible for the control. This will be achieved by installing on the commercial refrigerator a ontroltek Unit which on real time measures and transmit the temperature to our Acquisition Center. At any time the users ould log into a website and visualize the complete state of the installation and perform a follow up of the fix asset.
