Implementing an M2M (machine-to-machine) solution requires much more than the simple connection of catalogue products. It is of no use an adequate hardware if there is no flexible firmware that allows its own upgrade when there are changes on the machines being controlled or changes in the operating conditions. Without a 7x24 operations center or not being able to negotiate with the cell phone providers, the M2M network could work “if everything is ok” but cannot react in critical circumstances.

• 5) Support: Our technical staff, based on our Operational Center, ensures the normal operation of all network equipment. When a failure occurs they analyze its cause and activate the means for its resolution.
